To our Valued Whanau, Friends and Clients,
As you already know, the last year has been an extremely trying time for our business and family with Bex, our number one leader, worker, admin manager, pay clerk, debt collector and decision maker (and most importantly a mum!!!) dealing with a variety of health setbacks. Due to this, we have decided to scale back our mowing business in order to enjoy some much-needed time with our family.
To continue to provide you with a high-quality reliable service Donna Pewhairangi has kindly taken on the management and delivery of our lawn mowing services as of 17 October 2018. We thank Donna as she has bravely taken on all duties of the business full kit and caboodle!
By handing the leadership and management of the business to Donna, Fil will be able to concentrate on his Bee Keeping studies at Taratahi Agricultural College and take on a new contract with Kapiti Coast District Council. This handover will also give Bex some time off to recuperate from the ill health she has been suffering over the last 2 years. As you know we haven’t had a summer off for a really long time and Bex needs a break. This is why we have called upon our very capable friend Donna to take over the business.
Donna has over a decade of experience in the delivery of professional outdoor services and has numerous qualifications under her belt that gives us the utmost confidence to hand over the management and delivery of our lawn mowing services to her very capable hands under her own business name ‘2 Look Sharp’. She is our first and only choice to take the business to the next level.
Donna initially will work closely with Anita from Mrs Moa to continue to serve our valued clients, whanau and friends until such time she has had the time to meet all of you personally. As you saw last year when Bex was ill we were unable to keep up with the work and many of the lawns we were mowing were fortunately taken on by our friend Anita.
You will continue to get a regular professional customer service that no longer has to compete against time needed to attend medical appointments or time needed to fulfil other commercial or government contracts.
With Donna exclusively managing the lawn mowing side of things there will now be room to take on more clients! It has been hard turning people away for the past year because we simply couldn’t fit them in as we had totally filled our schedules well beyond our physical capabilities. Equally it has been hard keeping a brave happy face while we work through Bex’s health issues. Lucky Bex is making a good recovery but it is important for us that we do not take this for granted and at this point in time we simply want to have a break and spend some time enjoying the spring and summer with the 2 most important loves in our lives. Bailey and Matthew our children.
All Cheques and other correspondence can still be made out to WORD OF MOUTH SERVICES LIMITED at 8 Mountainview Terrace Otaki Beach and there is currently NO NEED TO CHANGE YOUR BANK RECORDS. Donna is currently in the process of setting up ‘2 Look Sharp’ and will advise you of new banking and payment details.
Donna will be solely responsible for the management and delivery of lawn mowing services with Fil working solely for KCDC and Bex having a well-earned break.
It has been a pleasure working with Donna as we all work towards serving the needs of the community to the highest possible standard for a reasonable price.
