A recent study showed that Type 2 Diabetes can take 14 years off your life.

Not just shortening your life, but causing the last few years to be full of illness. Including frequent infections, blindness, ulcers, amputated limbs, poor energy, kidney disease/failure, heart disease, etc.

You can do something about it, take control and take those years back.

Type 2 Diabetes is a lifestyle disease. Don't leave it too late to make the changes. Choose a healthy old age by making lifestyle changes now.

A 2021 cross-sectional study of New Zealand school children found that approximately 15.2% of children had prediabetes.

Based on stats from other Western countries, I suspect it's actually much higher.

Diabetes Type 2 doesn't happen overnight. It progresses slowly over years. Certain signs or symptoms could detect future issues up to 17 years before a full-blown Type 2 Diabetes diagnosis might be made by a medical doctor.

What's the main trigger for prediabetes? Excess sugar in the diet, in the form of actual sugar, soft drinks/fruit juice, excess carbs - breads, cakes, cereals, etc.- ultra-processed foods, and likely seed oils, too.

What are you going to do about it? Are you going to let your child develop type 2 diabetes and all the complications that go with that disease?

It's not inevitable, and you can nip it in the bud. You just need to understand how.

That's what I'm here for. I'm focused on the metabolic health of you and your family.
