It is a new day and I now have the great pleasure of stepping in and taking care of this marvellous Laughter Yoga page where I can see many familiar faces of people I have enjoyed laughing with over the years. For the past wee while, I have been laughing with Elders in care facilities and creating a Health & Happiness program for both Staff and Residents to follow. Now, I am being called back into a more public space.
