Hello lovely Yogi's
It is about time we had another wonderful Yin Retreat
I absolutely love doing these retreats and I am happy to give you the latest dates I will be running them
Dates: Friday 15th September 6pm-8.30pm
Saturday 16th September 10am-12.30pm
Location: The Studio 43 Partridge Lane, Paengaroa
Price: $60
If you have not been before or wish for a reminder, the retreat is Yin style yoga, using props, bolster's, blankets & blocks. Available for all body's/levels. It is a deep restorative relaxing yoga, followed by an extended Yoga Nidra (deep relaxation). To finish we share tea, cake and treats (what's not to love💝)
