This is totally why I call Chasing Shadows The Art of Self connection. The better we connect with the Self the better we connect with others. If separation really is an illusion then connecting with others is connecting with the self. My heart flows and tears well up considering how much I have learnt about connection and how much I've facilitated the connection of others. Totally beautiful.

Oh I so remember when first starting out doing shadow work like this. I remember specifically some embarrassing poem about choking out the ego. Totally the wrong way to go about things.
I might do a video on a dream I had on fighting a shark which was a funny interpretation of me getting it all wrong too. Talk about captain learn stuff the hard way. Hopefully so others don't have to. It's far less scary than the idea of it. Funny human brains we all have.

I remember being at a service station cracking jokes with the cashier. I was joking around about how I'm not useful and she said "everyone is useful, even as a bad example". Carried on laughing at the wisdom that pours out of people in unexpected ways. So good.
