Latest Rec Centre update 🛠️📸

Just snapped: drone view of the Rec Centre slab with polypods placed and steel being laid. Progress is easy to spot from this angle.

This phase might not be glamorous, but it marks the beginning of something big for our village. Solid foundations for a space that’ll bring people together for years to come.

Julie left Auckland on her own and says it’s one of the best decisions she’s ever made.

After 18 years in Papakura, she was ready for a change. A brand new villa, a quieter and safer street, and a stronger sense of community later, Julie says she’s feeling more settled and connected than she has in years.

Work has begun on our new recreation centre 🛠️🚧

The first stage of our Community & Recreational Centre is officially underway. These recent drone shots show the foundation framework being set out for the central hub – a spacious 800m² section that will eventually house key amenities like the café ☕, bar 🍷, gym 💪, lounge 🛋️, library 📖, and more.

Residents have been patiently waiting, and we’re thrilled to see boots on the ground and machinery in action. While there’s a way to go, this first stage sets the groundwork for a centre designed to bring people together, right in the heart of our village.

Watch this space – there’s plenty more to come!
