This week we celebrated an incredible milestone, 20 years of Clare Bradley at AgriSea 🎉

From starting her journey in 2006 under Jill and Keith’s guidance, to helping lead AgriSea into the innovative and purpose-driven organisation it is today, Clare has played a huge role in shaping not only our business, but the wider conversations around soil health, biological farming, innovative solutions, and protecting our taiao.

Her passion for creating meaningful impact, challenging mindsets, and helping farmers and growers think differently has influenced countless people across Aotearoa and the globe. Through her leadership, vision, and unwavering belief in doing things differently, Clare has helped turn ideas into action and vision into reality.

One thing that stands out most about Clare is her ability to bring people together around a shared purpose. The culture, innovation, and kaupapa behind AgriSea are deeply connected to her commitment to people, planet, and future generations.
