Area Field Consultant: John Earnshaw

John brings hands-on farming experience to AgriSea. Raised on a Waikato dairy farm, John spent 11 years sharemilking and was involved in a large dairy conversion in eastern Coromandel with 1,100 cows.

After dairy, John worked for 24 years in the tractor and farm machinery sector, specialising in capital equipment sales. Now based near Christchurch, John understands the pressures farmers face and offers practical, real-world solutions that work on farm.

Silage is off and the paddock is ready for its next phase of growth.
This is one of the best moments to support soil biology and set the pasture up for strong recovery before summer heats up.
