There is no yoga, instead using massage balls, blocks, straps and gentle pressure, we soften tight fascia, ease aches, and help your body recover from the way you live, work and train.
It’s for gym bodies, desk bodies, walking bodies, sore backs, tight hips and tired legs.
No experience needed. Just a body that wants to feel better in itself.
