Well its been a while since I've been on this page, but I am excited to announce that I'm back and ready to help you relax, rejuvenate and recover!
As some of you may know I offer Sports, Therapeutic and Pregnancy massage. But what's new is that I've also started practicing Rongoa Māori.
My approach blends the best of Eastern and Western philosophies, with a sprinkle of Māori magic. Whether you're looking to soothe sore muscles, calm your mind or simply take some time for yourself. I'm here to help
