Creativity doesn’t require you to be calm, inspired, or positive. It meets you exactly where you are and can hold your softness and your fire at the same time.

When you give your feelings a place to go with color, shape, texture, or movement, they stop demanding your attention in other ways. Creativity becomes a container, not a performance.

Whatever you’re feeling today is allowed and it deserves expression.

A warm, supportive space where young people are invited to explore, experiment & express through art ✨

In these sessions, participants can:

•Follow gentle creative prompts or their own ideas
•Explore a variety of materials and techniques
•Build confidence & self-expression at their own pace
•Create art that is authentically THEM 💙

~We’ll work with printmaking, sculpture, hand-sewing, drawing, painting on canvas, collage & more~

🖐 Small group sizes allow for individual support & connection

Cost & payment:
• $25 deposit to hold your place
• $25 per session, with payment requested the week before each session
