Our Physiotherapist, Tara, has taken on the MyMarathon Challenge.

For the month of May, Tara is running to fundraise for the Heart Foundation and their life saving research.

Tara has also pledged to increase her running goal by 10km for every $100 donated to her fundraising page.

We are excited to welcome Henry to our team from next week and appointments are available to book now!

Henry is a lifetime sportsman with experience across a range of fields and is passionate about helping athletes, workers, and everyday clients return to pain-free movement. Henry prides himself on delivering active rehabilitation tailored to suit each individual’s goals and lifestyle.

Henry graduated from the University of Otago in 2024 with a Bachelor of Physiotherapy. He has experience with a range of manual therapy techniques and has a strong interest in educating clients and giving them the tools to manage their injuries and prevent future issues.

Next week is Birth Trauma Awareness Week.

During the week, Birth Trauma Aotearoa runs the "50 for 50" campaign as a way to acknowledge the 50 Mums psychologically traumatised by their birth per day in Aotearoa.
