It's been a full on month! Eclipses, retrogrades, equinox... Lots of folks feeling a bit rattled or scattered = the perfect time for a bit of gentle grounding at your altar.

The Partial Solar Eclipse on Saturday 28th March (NZT) inspired this wee collection, including lots of OBSIDIAN for grounding, clarity and protection. We won't see the eclipse here in Aotearoa NZ, but the effects will be felt (if they're not already)!

With Autumn change gently wrapping around us, the timing of this eclipse is on point for releasing that which doesn't serve us, detaching from past challenges and preparing ourselves for transformation 🔥

It's a Full Moon in Aries tonight 🌕♈️ (100% full on Fri 29 Sep, at approx. 10:57pm in NZ).

Aries is the first sign of the zodiac; the sign of self. A full moon is the time to let go, release, forgive, and surrender all that no longer serves us. This combination allows for a fresh, new beginning / starting point. The focus being on oneself, rather than others. That goes for both sides of the coin - service to and focus on self is important now; any frustrations one might be feeling or going through must also be focused inwards, rather than pushing or laying blame outwards onto others.

After focusing on myself, with a reading, I felt the call to offer ReKonnect a 'what card (or the crystal on top) are you drawn to'.....

Blue Supermoon Magic 🌟

"Once in a blue moon" we get a second full moon within a month, hence the phrase! Today's full moon is also within it's closest orbit to Earth, making it a "supermoon" 🥰

While the energy is amplified and heightened by both of these occurrences, the truth is the moon doesn't actually appear physically bigger or brighter to the naked eye... although thanks to an optical illusion it does look a lot bigger when it's closer to the horizon - but that's a story for another day! (Or search Neil Degrasse Tyson's moon posts - science gold!)

I've gathered my (plus some fairy and rutilated quartz), and to cleanse and charge in the moonlight tonight. Do you have any plans? Maybe pop some on the windowsill for a quick zhuzh if you feel 💙
