There are moments when you become the master of your own universe. Your obligation to the session becomes about you,there is no obligation to stay if you dont want too, and at any point, you want to walk out, you can. I dont take it personally if you want to leave, sometimes the heaviness of the session or the burden of your hinengaro can be too much. You then choose if you want another session or not.

When you choose to show up, your putea is already paid, if you choose to leave, there is no refund. I mention this because a small business needs to survive and putea allows the continuance of servicing my community with my passion for this mahi.

The link gives the foundation of Access Bars. As practitioners we all roll a little bit differently based on our pukenga in a Te Ao Maori way. A korero with a friend a few weeks ago about our màmà who are in need of some indigenous healing led to a Plunket/Family Start hauora day on 23/08. A new friend who learnt Access Bars in her own country of South America was keen to awhi us. As usual, we always forget to take photos but the day was beautiful, the tamariki were playing and eating while we gave our mama our focus. Giving back to our community is always a great priviledge 🙏. The putiputi (flowers) from my beautiful friend is always forever grateful.
