Heading home after a wonderful, uplifting Summit in Seattle, where I caught up with old friends and made many new ones.

Also enjoyed seeing some of the sights... my favourite being and the fish stall whose inspirational story is the basis for the book 'Fish' is well worth reading.

To finish my time away, I got to enjoy cuddles and fun with my 3 American grandchildren.

Feeling very blessed. 💕

I thought I’d share a few fun facts that make me, well… me!

My hair may be a different colour every time you meet me—so don’t be surprised if I show up with a brand new shade!

I have multiple uteruses… mostly knitted! I love a good handcraft project, and my collection just keeps growing.

Handcrafts are my happy place—give me yarn, felt, or fabric and I’m in my element.

I pretty much always have my nose in a book, whether it’s birth stories or cozy mysteries.

I’m a cat person. There's nothing like a furry friend to lift your spirits while keeping you in line at the same time!

I’m passionate about helping doulas succeed and cheering on every step of their journey.

I’m deeply committed to my own personal growth, always seeking new ways to learn and improve myself

Lastly, while I absolutely love flowers, my garden only seems to grow weeds (but at least they’re thriving).
