I took this picture when staying with my beautiful niece at the beach. We felt my Dad's presence :) this is the song he sang to us as kids, I felt so loved...I often feel him round and have conversations with him. Who do you/would you communicate with, given the chance?

I passed on messages from Spirit recently to some awesome people from overseas. At the end of the session I said 'if you need more help I can do this online as well'. Its hard to explain how opening up and channelling or doing healing remotely works so well, but it does, it just does. Lately I have also been offering crystal bed sessions this way, and people have been finding it helps too.
Even for me when I am in my logical brain I go 'how does this all work...' but I love that it does. We are so much more interconnected than we realise. Where ever you are, whatever that is happening in your world I ask that you feel the love of Spirit and your Ancestors with you, much love, Susan x

From not posting to twice in one morning! I just feel so strongly about this...usually I try not to be political but this bill really worries me and Deborah says it so eloquently. Please look deeper into this, we are what we eat and to have our choices taken away from us like this under the guise of moving forward is just nonsense. I do want to be able to choose what I eat, and to know where that food comes from and what is in it. Don't you? If this bill goes through we will lose that right

I liked this take on being kind to yourself, it is something that comes up alot in my work, and something I needed to learn when I was younger. The way i learnt it was 'to be your own best friend'. Whatever way you do it be kind to yourself and others and the world becomes truly wonderful. Maybe 'Just leave yourself alone' might resonate to you or someone you know...much love and have a great day xx

I love how Spirit works out ways to be in touch! I have been thinking of my Dad lately and this morning when I went to my fb feed this was the reel I picked, the only one... and it had the song our Dad used to sing to us as kids. I now sing it to my grandchildren, but change the words lol. Some would say coincidence, I say my Dad's popped by to say hello.

This morning I did a workshop with Collette Baron-Reid regarding meeting the Spirit of your Business. I am still smiling as when she led us through the exercise to meet my Business guide a little joyful jumpy Leprechaun popped up to talk to me.
Now many years ago a medium told me I had a Leprechaun Spirit around me but I'm pretty 'normal' and not sure what I think of such things lol....but today when I met this guide coming to me again it was pretty special and made a lot of sense. While I can be a bit serious about my work it was a reminder to have fun and keep lightheartedness and joy as part of my daily work and living and remember to ask for the help I need, and then listen to the guidance and signs sent!
So while you won't see little Leprechauns dancing around me at work I will be listening in to the love and advice they share as I develop some further aspects of my helping business.

Sorry guys but this spoke to my heart... so I thought I'd share it. I love this guy and the work he does. Many of you have met our Poppy and know how much I love her and have grown so much through owning her. I hope if it's right for you you get a chance to connect with a dog, feel their heart and be supported and loved by them. Namaste x

Often I do breathwork in the morning, it helps me set up for a good day, and also it is an easy way into my Spiritual connection. Thought this might help someone out there. From what I have seen medical assistance helps and there is also holistic avenues that can make a difference moving back towards wellness. I have personally witnessed peoples journeys and see attuning the body, mind and soul to come back into balance on each level is so powerfull. There might be something in this sharing that may help you. Much love x
