Cook Street Health Centre All members of our Cook Street Health Centre team aim to Provide a warm, welcoming and compassionate service to patients, family/whanau enrolled with us.

We will endeavour to treat you with respect, dignity and independence, free from discrimination. We will do our upmost to provide you with services of an appropriate standard and to communicate effectively with you. While we acknowledge that you may not be feeling your best when you interact with us, we do still expect that you will treat all our team as you would expect to be treated yourself.

Cook Street Health will be closed on Monday the 19th January for Wellington Anniversary but you can still access a virtual appointment with Practice Plus. We will be back to usual business hours on Tuesday the 20th of January.

If you're needing healthcare over the holiday period and can't see your usual General Practice team, Practice Plus is available for telehealth consultations every day, including weekends and public holidays.

If you can’t see your usual healthcare provider, Practice Plus offers:
✔ Same-day virtual medical appointments
✔ Prescriptions
✔ Care from the comfort of your home

You don’t need to be enrolled with a general practice to use Practice Plus.
