Thinking about joining a Triple P Discussion Group? Here are some quick answers to help you decide:

👉 What is a Triple P Discussion Group?
A short, small-group session focused on a specific parenting topic, offering practical tips and strategies you can use straight away.

👉 How long is it?
Each session is around 1–2 hours (easy to fit into your schedule)

👉 What topics are covered?
Topics may include managing behaviour, dealing with disobedience, building routines, and supporting your child’s emotional wellbeing.

👉 Do I have to share personal information?
No! Sharing is completely optional. You can participate in a way that feels comfortable for you.

👉 Is it suitable for all parents?
Yes! Triple P is designed for parents and caregivers of children of all ages.

👉 Is there a cost?
Our Triple P Discussion Groups are free for the community.

Parenting doesn’t come with a manual… but sometimes it helps to talk about it with others who get it.

Our Triple P (Positive Parenting Program) Discussion Groups are short, relaxed sessions where parents and caregivers can learn practical tips, share experiences, and pick up strategies to support their tamariki.

Each session focuses on a different topic and gives you simple tools you can start using right away at home.

• Building children’s self-esteem
• Managing disobedience
• Developing positive routines
