Tena koutou
Allow me to introduce thyself...
My name is Lea Norah I'm a mama who was nanny trained by Nganeko Motu to create rongoa for our own individual needs. Rangahau then brew was the main.
So for my whanau's needs I created pani and more.
Here are two pani I make....
Booboo Balm - For eczema and psoriasis - kawakawa pani alone wasn't suitable for my tamaiti, so after much rangahau I blended my nanny's fave calendula with our awesome kawakawa and Manuka essential oil. And have taken this to every kaupapa and used amongst our people for a long while now.
Pani Pona (deep balm) - For lymphedema (my own), gout and arthritis - as the medicines didn't mahi. So again with much rangahau I made a blend of Mapou & St John's Wort with a essential oil blend aimed at reducing inflammation of the fluid build-up around lymph nodes and joints and have found it to reduce pain also. Another pani I keep in my pocket to use for our people amongst our kaupapa. (No stalls/selling just a treatment bag for our Morehu).
Every pani made and shared has been tweaked over the years as needed to find the right combination for my whanaus rongoa needs and is shared with the multitudes.
I now sell some of these pani and other rongoa and have a business as my nannies guided (volun-told) me too.
Every pani, hinu, tii, rongoa foot spa is to provide relief while you find the treatments good for your tinana.
These are not treatment plans whanau.
Hopefully my Pani can manaaki you all the same it has my whanau. Or lets rangahau and kōrero to find something catered for you.
Ma Ihoa hei manaaki.
Heoi ano, Lea Norah Rapana (he kaiwhakaora)
