The Aotearoa Bike Challenge runs through February, and it’s a great excuse to dust off the bike and enjoy the last of the summer evenings! 🚲☀️
Even short rides - to the shops, kura, or around the block - can boost mood, support heart health, and reduce stress. If biking isn’t your thing, any regular movement still helps, like walking, swimming, or even dancing in the lounge 🕺
