This is because Manawatu really doesn’t have many options when it comes to a good effective massage 💆‍♀️ that also won’t leave you broken for days after!

Next week I’m opening up my mobile service on Wednesday/Thursday 10.30-3pm and Sunday 3 slots available from 9-12pm.

The rates (all inclusive with travel):
$130 1hr
$100 45mins
$80 half an hour

Personally I think 45mins is plenty enough!

Hi all!

I’ve been MIA while I’ve started up my apparel business. But I’m here with good news today!

I have recently employed someone to help free up some days for massage. From 2023 I will have Thursday and Friday for my massage. And the best news is that I will be traveling to Palmerston North/Feilding every Thursday! And Friday from home.

The price has increased and this is because of the demand and basically, the value of the service compared to others on the market. It was coming to my attention that it was beginning to be not worth my time, so if you REALLY need my service, this is the cost that makes it worth it for me to continue my services (which we all know is bloody awesome!)

1 hour is the most expensive because it takes the biggest toll on the body.

Sport Massage:

30minutes - $60
45 minutes - $80
1 hour - $110

Reflexology:
15minutes $30

I’m off to vietnam 🇻🇳 for 3 weeks next week so thought I might do a big trip and try get everyone ticked off if you need a working over before I leave! 💆‍♀️

Love watching the nerves respond to treatment. Opening up the pathways by stretching the muscle spindle and creating room for the nerve to function fluently to the muscle is an important part of being the most efficient athlete. Less tightness - less general fatigue. When a muscle is free from tightness it doesn't have to work so hard to send a nerve signal through to your muscle because there are no barriers of tightness to get the message yo your muscle - making you more efficient!
