Meet at the Achilles gazebo from 5:30pm!
Starts 6:15pm - 3km,5km or 7km - all abilities welcome.

Parkrun Christmas theme was fun 🤩

Note - we are officially on our Achilles break but you are welcome to go along to parkrun, just arrange your own guide as many of our crew are away on holidays. There is even an extra parkrun on Christmas day all over the county.

HOT was one way to describe our training tonight. While a few ran in the esplanade the rest of the team walked to the Rose Garden. It’s really nice at this time of year to STOP and smell the ROSES!
