I often get asked "how can I stop ear wax ?"👂

The Answer " you cant, but there are ways to reduce the incident of wax build up including":

• Avoid cleaning the ear canals with cotton buds or fingertips, as any object poked in the ear can compact the wax and cause damage to the ear canal.

• Use wax-softening drops or olive oil according to the manufacturer’s instructions.

• Limit ear cleaning to the outer ear only (do not try and flush the ear with water in the shower).

• Treat any associated inflammatory skin condition.🦋
