🧠 Stress isn’t just something your body feels, it’s something your body can respond to 🧘

When your body is under stress it can shift into “fight or flight” mode. Your heart rate changes, your breath in may become shallow and your muscles can start to tighten.

Over time this can show up as:
💥Tightness in neck & shoulders
💥Headaches
💥Poor sleep
💥Fatigue
💥Constantly feeling on edge

One way we can actually see how your body might be handling stress is through our Heart Rate Variability scan.

HRV looks at the small variations between each heartbeat and can give us insight into how balanced your nervous system may be. Both of these scans are from the same person, nothing extreme, nothing “bad” just a subtle shift in how her body was adapting in that moment.

👉 Higher HRV = your body is adaptable and recovering well
👉 Lower HRV looks at= your system may be under more stress

It’s not about eliminating stress completely, it’s about how well your body can adapt to it.

He’s been in Australia attending the Syntropy Adjusting Seminar, sharpening his hands on chiropractic skills, and enjoying some quality time with family.
A great mix of learning and recharging!
