One of the things I love the most about the immaculate dissection courses is the long-term effect of correcting movement. The aim is not only to help resolve current pain and dysfunction but also to use corrective movement strategies to ensure the body is working together optimally from the ground up. We learn corrective strategies that are amazing as they turn every day movements into correctives and create sustainable change, which means muscles stop getting sore and fatigued as the right muscles do their appropriate job. This leads to better performance and sustainable change for the long term. Here is one of my favourite correctives!
