I just made the yummiest chai tea by accident while making a medicinal tea for dysentery.

2 pinches dried fenugreek powder
Sprinkle of ceylon cinnamon, nutmeg and tumeric
1/4 to 1/2 teaspoon kamihi honey but any honey would do
Pinch grated ginger
Pinch of fresh chamomile but dried would work.
Hot water and milk.

I also added Pinch of angiangi (usnea) for the medicinal anti viral value.
