Our physio's have been busy over the Summer months, so thought we would share a little about what we have been up to.
Here is Gemma (our community based physio) crossing the finish line at IronMaori back in November.
Crossing the finish line is a celebration of all the months of hard and dedication that goes in to training.
She is now training for her next event...........what could it be?
