Last year I stood on a world stage… and came 3rd in the world. 🥉

Walking out at the Official Strongman Games was one of the proudest moments of my life.

Not just because of the medal or trophy.
But because of who I was representing.

Our small region.
Our wāhine strength community.
Every early morning session.
Every sponsor.
Every client who booked a massage.
Every person who bought a raffle ticket.

It wasn’t just my podium — it was ours.

And this November 20–22… I’m going back to the States 🇺🇸

But this time, I’m not just hoping to place.

I’m going back stronger.
Smarter.
Hungrier.

I want another podium spot. And I know I’m capable of it.

International competition comes with big costs — flights, accommodation, entry fees, comp prep — so I’m asking for support the way I know best… through the work I love.

💪 Behind the scenes at a world record moment 🐑🏆

Over the past 6 weeks, I’ve had the absolute privilege of working with Simon Goss in the lead-up to his 9-hour sheep shearing world record attempt — and this past Sunday & Monday, I was lucky enough to be there on the ground supporting him during the attempt itself.

Simon didn’t just chase the record… he broke it by ONE point.
An incredible achievement that came down to grit, precision, preparation, and heart.

To be a small part of such a huge event and an even bigger outcome is something I’ll always be grateful for. Supporting recovery, managing fatigue, and helping an athlete perform at their absolute best under extreme physical and mental demand is exactly why I do what I do.

Simon is the definition of a great, humble athlete — hardworking, focused, and quietly determined. It was an honour to work alongside him and to be trusted in such a massive moment.
