Optimal Health is own and operated by Katrina Fovakis who has been in the Fitness Industry for over 20 years. Qualifications: Diploma in Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapy, Diploma in Exercise Physiology, Diploma in Naturopathy, Certificate in Massage, Certificate Level 3 Thump Boxing, Certificate Gymstick Muscle. Create changes in your lifestyle that are achievable to maintain long term and be consistent. Small steps in the right direction is all it takes to get started and then build on it until it is just part of your life. I provide the support, knowledge and variety to enable clients to achieve a healthier life. Exercise for health number one, the rest will follow though is up to the individual to take control and responsibility for their own health. I am merely there to encourage, support and hold clients accountable until they are able to count on themselves. I also offer massage to help ease aches and pains and find it a rewarding challenge to work holistically to help people feel better. Recently I graduated in Biodynamic Craniosacral (BCST) which is an extension on helping people towards better health through a supportive, gentle hands on therapy helping with self awareness and self regulation of the nervous system that brings about inner balance and well being on many levels.

It can mean disappointing others.
It can mean letting go of things you once thought were “important.”
