✨ How I shifted my mindset for better health results ✨
For years, I thought change meant doing more. But the real shift happened when I decided to approach my health differently—by putting myself first and making it a natural part of my life, not a struggle. Here are three key things I did:
1️⃣ I put myself first (without guilt).
I stopped waiting until everyone else’s needs were met before looking after mine. Prioritizing me became the foundation, and that’s when everything else in life actually felt lighter.
2️⃣ I made it non-negotiable.
Instead of “if I have time,” I created boundaries around my health. My workouts, meals, and rest became appointments I didn’t cancel on myself.
3️⃣ I set myself up with automatic replay.
I built a weekly oractice —meal prep, movement, and rituals—so it wasn’t a decision each day but a flow I could step into easily.
4️⃣ I stopped aiming for perfect, and focused on consistent.
Once I let go of the all-or-nothing mindset, the pressure dropped. Small, steady steps stacked up into big results over time.
💫 The shift wasn’t about willpower—it was about building a mindset where looking after myself became who I am instead of what I sometimes do.
