Hey Team,

I know some of you are aware that My Husband and I are taking a trip for 6 weeks in a couple of months.

It's been a life long dream for me and 3 years of pondering, planning and saving.

I will be meeting family I have only heard about my entire life and visiting where my Dad grew up as a boy.

I will be catching up with a friend I made when I was 17 and she was 23.
We were flat mates, travel companions and party goers. At 18 I thought I was as mature and just as wise as her. Until on my 18th birthday her and my other mate flat stole my underwear out of my drawers and hid them and hung them on the front fence the next morning. 😂 I said to her all those years ago I coming to visit. That was 32 years ago.

We will also be catching up with Colin's outrageous, full of excitement, fun loving and extremely generous cousin who took our boy in for 6 weeks while he was overseas playing football.

To say I'm excited is an understatement .

We both work extremely hard and a passionate about trying to live a life that is full of memories as well enjoying time with our family. That the kids are not coming with us is sad and awesome all at the same time. But I believe this time will be amazing and a time of growth for us both.

As I do care work as well as my Zen room work I am booking up fast and clients are also booking for when I'm back. I will make time for you please don't hesitate to be in contact or book your next appointments in advance.

Hey team,

Do you fine Monday feels.lile a reset refocus.

It does to me. Sometimes I get that oh no it's Monday feeling, other times it's a yay it's Monday. Time to reset and focus. It's especially good if I've had a busy weekend and I haven't had time to focus on myself.

Monday the house is quiet and taking the dog for a walk early becomes a priority. Getting out of bed and becoming one with nature rather and getting on my phone is something Im trying to everyday.

I tend to slip into bad habits towards the end of the week and over the weekend.

So Monday I would like to be reset and refocus day rather ....

Doesn't it feel so good. When you cheer a friend on. When you truly feel proud of them for their achievements.

Pay it forward even if you feel like at this moment in time, you don't feel like.your achieving. Because boosting other people comes back you 10 fold.

What a way to be woken up this morning.

At 6.40am my phone rung. All I could see on the video was a beautiful smIle from my son. The words coming out of his mouth was Mum check this out.

What a beautiful way to wake up this morning. To this gorgeous sunset. It's a site I may never see in person. I feel so privileged to be the one he called to share this magnificent experience with.

They say you grow these beautiful children to be independent enough to soar and live there best lives is true.

When they actually do that. Grow up, make there own decisions, choices and leave. It's so very difficult. But as hard as it is you know they are living their life for themselves and not for you. Which is so amazing.

This morning felt like a reward for not giving advice when it's wasn't ask for.

Trusting and believing in them is well and truly a blessing.
To let them go and live life to the fullest. Becomes inspiring and so uplifting.

Mistakes are there to be made. They will learn and grow from them. They have to be able to go through this on their own.

Thanks my boy you have absolutely made my day. So much so that the dog and I have walked 9kms to get some more of that inspiration and start the day with a bang 💥.

True Story

I find it extremely hard to let go of the mistakes I have made in the past.

What I have learnt is that as much as I would like to go back and erase some of my actions or behaviors. What is done is done.

Apologise sooner and try and learn from the mistakes I've made.

Try to let go and forgive myself sooner.

Sitting in the sorrow and really accepting it. Tends to help shift the load.
