Or**sm was considered a natural form of medicine for women in ancient times. It was not seen as something shameful or hidden, but as an essential part of a woman’s well-being and vitality. Women understood that their bodies were designed to feel, to receive, and to experience deep pleasure as a way of maintaining balance within themselves.

In those times, a woman’s connection to her body was sacred. Pleasure was not disconnected from health, it was part of it. Or**sm was believed to nourish her entire system, supporting her emotional, physical, and energetic state. It helped her stay alive, radiant, and connected to her feminine essence.

If a woman does not experience or**sm in her life, it can feel like something inside her slowly shuts down. Not physically in a literal sense, but emotionally and energetically. Her body may begin to feel numb, disconnected, or distant from sensation and joy. Over time, she may lose touch with her natural aliveness.

Many women today are not fully aware of what a real or**sm feels like. Because of this, they often fake the experience. Not because they want to deceive, but because they have never been guided into truly feeling it within their bodies. They perform what they think it should look like, instead of experiencing what it actually is.

A real or**sm is not just a moment of release. It is a full-body experience that moves through her breath, her muscles, her emotions, and her energy. It is something that cannot be forced or imitated, it arises naturally when a woman feels safe, relaxed, and deeply connected to herself.

In modern life, many women have become disconnected from their bodies due to stress, trauma, shame, and societal conditioning. From a young age, they are taught to suppress their feelings, hide their desires, and disconnect from their sensual nature. This creates a barrier between them and their ability to feel pleasure.

When a woman lives disconnected from her body, her nervous system often stays in a state of tension. This makes it difficult for her to relax enough to experience deep pleasure or or**sm. Her body may be present, but her awareness is somewhere else, occupied with thoughts, fears, or expectations.

True or**sm requires presence. It asks a woman to be fully inside her body, to listen to her sensations, and to allow herself to open without control. This level of surrender can feel unfamiliar or even unsafe for someone who has spent years protecting herself.

Another reason many women fake or**sm is the pressure to meet expectations. They may feel responsible for their partner’s satisfaction, or fear being judged if they do not respond in a certain way. Instead of honoring their own experience, they act out what they believe is expected of them.

Healing this disconnect begins with awareness. A woman needs to slowly rebuild trust with her own body. This includes learning to feel again, starting with small sensations, breath, and gentle presence within herself, without any pressure to perform.

Creating a safe and supportive environment is essential. When a woman feels emotionally safe, her body begins to soften. As she relaxes, her natural sensitivity and responsiveness start to return. Pleasure is not something she has to chase, it begins to arise on its own.

It is also important for her to release shame around her body and her desires. Her body is not something to hide or judge, it is a source of intelligence, wisdom, and life force. When she accepts her body fully, she opens the door to deeper experiences.

Over time, as she reconnects with herself, or**sm becomes less about an end goal and more about a journey of feeling. It becomes a natural expression of her aliveness, rather than something she has to achieve.

Or**sm is not just about physical pleasure—it is about connection. Connection to her body, her emotions, her breath, and her inner self. When this connection is restored, a woman does not need to fake anything. Her experience becomes real, authentic, and deeply fulfilling.

If you feel disconnected from your body, your pleasure, or your ability to feel deeply, you do not have to navigate this alone. This journey requires patience, safety, and the right guidance.

I offer a 3-month one-on-one deep healing, hands-holding coaching program where we gently work with your body, your patterns, and your stored emotions. This is not about forcing change, it is about creating a safe space where your body can slowly open again.

In these 3 months, we go step by step, rebuilding your connection with your body, releasing stored tension, and helping you feel again without fear or pressure. You will be supported, seen, and guided throughout the entire process.

This is a space where you can finally come back to yourself, where your body is no longer a place of numbness, but a home of sensation, trust, and aliveness so message me for more information.

Empaths as Mirrors Empaths serve as a mirror reflecting humanity's collective shadow, which is the repressed psychic residue of civilization. Their sensitivity and suffering are not flaws but tools for revelation.
The Collective Shadow This shadow includes unspoken rage, disowned desires, and shameful secrets passed down through generations. Empaths absorb what others reject, feeling the pain and forces that others deny.
Archetype of the Wounded Mirror The empath is described as the archetype of the "wounded mirror," reflecting what is broken in society. They are positioned within society's unconscious machinery, feeling echoes of past generations and ancestral trauma.
Misidentification of Sensitivity Empaths often mistake their sensitivity for personal damage, believing they are broken when they are actually permeable to forces others cannot perceive. This misidentification is part of their initiation.
Alchemists of Shadow If empaths can endure discomfort and understand it, they become "alchemists of shadow," transmuting darkness into revelation rather than conventional healing.
Empathy and Shadow Work Empathy without boundaries can lead to martyrdom, but when fused with shadow work, it becomes a revolution. Empaths must learn to witness without merging, maintaining their sovereignty.
The Oracle's Role The empath is likened to an oracle, a source of wisdom, speaking what is hidden and often facing misunderstanding or ridicule
Sacred Burden and Power Empaths carry a "sacred burden," chosen to bear the unlived stories of the world. Their power, when misunderstood, can lead to codependency, but when integrated, it becomes a true presence that transforms and unearths buried truths.
Body as Oracle The empath's body is a map and divining rod, recording what the mind represses. Physical sensations are signals that empaths must learn to decode to understand the truths trying to speak through them.
Release and Liberation The empath's final initiation is release, realizing that the pain they feel is not theirs alone but the world's. This leads to liberation and the reclamation of their true purpose: to awaken the collective shadow.
Empath Revolution The empaths are not here to fit into existing paradigms but to expose their limitations and usher in a deeper, more ancient wisdom. They are essential for a shift in psychic structure, moving towards a culture of reflection rather than repression.

An Empath
It's not just a personality trait; it's a different way of being that requires a different way of living. Your body isn't failing you—it's your most profound communication system.

The Need for Solitude and Purpose
Solitude as Replenishment: For empaths, solitude isn't loneliness; it's essential maintenance. It’s the time to discharge the energy absorbed from others and reconnect with your own core.

Living a Higher Purpose:
When that purpose is delayed or ignored, the body and spirit protest. The "divine intervention" , the sudden illness, the insomnia—is the soul's way of forcing a full stop when we won't slow down voluntarily.

The Wisdom of the Body vs. Societal Numbing
Body as Signal: Chronic pain, insomnia, migraines are not just ailments; they are urgent messages. Western medicine often treats the signal as the problem to be silenced, rather than the symptom to be understood.
The Cost of Numbing:
Medication can turn down the volume on the message, but it doesn't solve the underlying disharmony. What I describe as living like a "zombie" is the profound disconnection that results.

The Night as Sacred Time
Midnight Sanctuary: The quiet of the world at 12 AM is when the internal and spiritual "noise" can finally be heard. It's a time of deep internal processing, healing, and yes—a kind of time travel in dreams and visions where solutions and insights surface.

Western Culture's Disequilibrium:
The core conflict. A culture that values constant productivity, monetizes every moment (even death), and pathologizes stillness is inherently hostile to the empath’s need for deep listening, simplicity, and peace.

Path to Simplicity
The desire to "live on less" in a place that allows me to align with my natural rhythms isn't escapism; it's profound sanity. It's the recognition that to fulfill my purpose as a healer, teacher, and light-worker, I need an environment that supports my being, not one that constantly depletes it.

The vision I've held—of a retreat near Cape Reinga or back in Hunza—isn't just a dream. It's a survival blueprint for my spirit. It's creating the container where my empathy can be my greatest gift, not my heaviest burden.

We all have unlimited potential to have healthy relationships. Today so many people are asking questions about why relationships are ending. Why they can’t seem to work. And why people seem to be on an endless search to find their person— only to end up disappointed.

One of the main reasons is unrealistic expectations. We believe another person should complete us. And make us happy. And take us away from all of our negative feelings. But the reality is: no person can do this for us. A relationship is something we build *with* another person through hard work, self reflection, and vulnerability.

When we enter relationships with unresolved trauma and we’re not aware of it, there’s an added layer of grief. We believe in the fantasy person, the hero we wanted as a child. We carry the patterns in our body and nervous system from our past pain and when that person inevitably triggers those wounds we’re without the tools to understand why. To work through our issues. And to give each other grace— instead we make demands, shut down, or we look to someone else for the love we’re seeking.

Love isn’t a feeling, it’s a commitment. It’s a commitment to healing together. To meeting each other’s inner child with compassion. And to laughing and finding the joy that many of us never had in our earliest relationships.

What’s ONE belief about relationships YOU are unlearning?

My Valentine’s Day: A Heart Awakening Through Self-Love
Today I choose the quiet of my own heart over the noise of the world. I choose the healing that begins within. This is not a day of romantic illusion, but a day of deep, radical truth—the first act of true love is love of self.

My Journey: From Wound to Awakening
The Father Wound: For 22 years I carried the pain of a child seeking love where only anger and control lived. That wound became a compass pointing me toward emotional emptiness for another 18 years.
The Empath Trap: As an empath, I gave all my light, believing it would earn love. My sensitivity—my gift—became fuel for toxic dynamics.
The Mirror Meeting: For the last 8 years, in a twin flame relationship, I faced my deepest fears and patterns. It was the hardest, most purifying mirror—showing that healing is not about fixing another, but about returning to myself.

A Global Call to Healing
We are not alone in this post-storm silence. Millions of sensitive hearts worldwide still pulse in the shadow of invisible wounds. Our collective suffering—depression, anxiety, chronic pain—is the Earth’s cry for a return to Love.
This is not a “mental” crisis—it is a **spiritual crisis. It is the soul’s cry for balance, authenticity, and reconnection to Source.
We do not need another therapy* to analyze our cracks. We need a *sacred space** to fill them with our own light.

The Empath's Sacred Mission
If you are an empath, understand this: you were not sent here merely to suffer. You were sent to break the generational trauma of your family line. Your sensitivity is the antenna that receives the pain of the past, and your consciousness is the forge where that pain can be alchemized. This sacred duty does not begin with saving others; it begins with the deepest, most courageous act:

"Love Thyself."
"Know Thyself."

This is the foundation. From this place of inner communion, your light becomes so steady and so bright that it naturally illuminates the path for others, dissolving old shadows without you having to carry them.

Your Body is Your Temple
I stand before you at 50, often told I look 25. This is not genetics or cream. This is inner light. When you feed your soul with truth, compassion, and connection to the Divine within, that light radiates outward. It renews your cells, softens your skin, and brightens your eyes.
"God lives within you." Your body is the temple housing that sacred flame.
Look inward to feed your soul. Healing is not an external search. It is the daily practice of turning within—through meditation, silence, and self-inquiry—to nourish the Source of your own being.
Shine brighter. As you heal and know yourself, your light becomes undimmable. You become a beacon, not a battery to be drained.

My Valentine’s Message to You
If you are reading this and feel this is your story too, this message is for you:
Your sensitivity is not a weakness—it is your "most sacred gift" and your mission.
Self-love is not selfishness—it is the foundation of all healing and the first step in ending generational cycles.
Valentine’s Day is Heart Awakening Day. Light a candle for the "flame of self-compassion" burning within you. Promise yourself the recognition, care, and respect you deserve.

The journey is simple, but not easy: Love Thyself. Know Thyself. From this place, you will naturally fulfill the ancient command: Love Thy Neighbour As Thyself. It always begins with that second “Thyself.”

In the name of my Mother, Father and Brother, whose memory carries my heart, I share this story. May it be a light for those walking in darkness.

A child will look anyone in the eye and say, ’This game is no longer fun,’ and simply stop playing it.
Without hesitation. Without guilt.
And we should still be doing the same thing.
With bad lovers, bad friends, bad jobs... with the hate we have for ourselves.

Erin Van Vuren

Embrace the courage of a child’s wild honesty; dare to walk away from anything that no longer serves you.
In the purity of a child lies a profound lesson: the power to acknowledge when something no longer serves us and bravely walk away.
Let us reclaim that wild innocence, releasing ourselves from toxic relationships, draining situations, and insecurities sprouting from self-doubt.
When we honor our worth, we set ourselves free.

The masculine is torn between two seemingly opposing desires.
The desire to know, feel and contact the feminine.
And the desire for freedom, peace and space.

On the surface these are two entirely oppositional experiences.

In the core of the masculine is a deep yearning for ultimate peace.
For the to-do list to be DONE.
For there to be nothing demanding his attention.
No burden, no requirement, no expectation, no obligation.

It's why men will go out onto a wide open expanse of grass and trees trying to hit a little ball into a hole.

Sure the competitiveness, and the struggle to be able to hit that ball into the hole with less tries is there.

But if you really dig into it... it's the space.

It's why he will sit in a boat far out in the ocean away from everything watching a piece of string jiggle in the water.

No burdens.
Nothing else to do.

Just... there.

It's why he can sit in front of the tv or on the lawn with a beer in his hand.

Or if he's developed a little further... maybe sitting in the study with a book, or on a cushion staring at the back of his own eyelids.

Peace.
Just peace.

The feminine, though, is not peace.

The feminine needs... she wants... she yearns... she desires.
His precious attention... she wants as much of it as she can get.

What women don't often realise is that at some level this is a demand on him.

He knows that if he gives her attention, love, romance... ravishment.

She will just want more of it.

A woman who gets fu**ed into oblivion will be satisfied... for like a minute.

Then she will want more of it.
It was amazing... so why wouldn't she want more!?

She always wants more.

And that's not a problem!
That's her nature!

I will never be an advocate for the feminine trying to diminish her desire for more...

More depth.
More intimacy.
More love.
More attention.
More pleasure.
More thoughtfulness.

And the masculine truly wants to feel her in all of that...
He loves feeling her open.
He loves feeling her pleasure.

Yet, it's also a burden.

So he grapples with this tension...

How do I feel her in the way that I love to feel her?
Yet how do I also retain my peace?

A first stage man will try to make her happy in the hopes that something will finally fully satisfy her.

He will buy her everything.
Take her on trips.
Give and give and give.

But it never ends... she still wants more.

If he's not conscious, he will interpret this as not being enough.
He will end up frustrated and resentful.
He will say nothing he does makes her happy.

But that's not it.

She's not designed to be 'done' like an item on a checklist.

There is no point when it ends...
It never does.

She will want intimacy and depth forever.

If he becomes more conscious
Then she will want even more consciousness.

A second stage man will try to talk her out of it.

He will try to convince her to be satisfied, to see it as enough.
He will encourage her to find her independence from him.

Yet in that, he will also lose the very spark that makes her feminine.

Because when she stops feeling her desire for more she becomes dry and brittle.

She will no longer care for his connection
She will no longer seek his depth.

And again, he will be left frustrated and confused.

He will have more space, more peace... but less of her.

The third stage man, the integrated man, begins to understand that nothing will ever be 'done' out there.

The to-do list will never end.
The feminine will never be completely satiated (beyond a single moment).

And he starts turning inwards.

He starts to see that peace, freedom and space happen from within.

Presence.

He awakens the realisation that his access to presence is unlimited.

And it's all that she ever wanted anyway.

The tension becomes resolved.

His inner peace manifests as an endless well of presence
From which she will gladly drink
Forever.

His presence satisfies her moment-to-moment
Rather than hoping for the moment when she will be satisfied.
