No, your experience is completely contactless. Simply arrive at the time of your booking and enjoy, with no interruptions.

What happens when I arrive?
Follow the signs to the Lakehouse Retreat down the driveway to your dedicated parking space, then take the limestone pathway to your private retreat.

Will everything be ready for me?
Yes, our retreat is fully set up and waiting, so you can step straight into relaxation.

What’s included in my experience?
Plush towels, botanical spritzer, Whittaker’s chocolates, and a thoughtfully curated selection of nuts and dried fruit all set within a beautifully prepared space designed for you to unwind.

Is it private?
Absolutely. Your experience is designed to feel completely secluded and your own.

What if I need something?
We are on-site and available if needed but yet never intrusive.

What should I bring?
Just yourselves & swimwear, everything else is taken care of.
