SELF-EMPOWERMENT - Forgiveness
A good self-empowerment tool is Forgiveness. It is a good practice for releasing painful emotions or any feelings tied to a past event that stops us from moving forward. It cannot change the past, but it may allow our future to unfold in a way more aligned with ourselves. One of my favourite quotes on this is from the Dalai Lama.
‘Forgiveness does not mean accepting the wrongdoing of the other person, but to retain a feeling of anger, hatred or stress does more harm to yourself than the actual act of forgiving.
The real meaning of forgiveness is to mentally not develop feelings of anger and hatred due to the wrong actions of others.’

HOLISTIC SELF-EMPOWERMENT: All Steps Do Count

Life can often feel challenging, overwhelming, and out of our control. But we can begin to regain our power and sense of direction by remembering this: every small step we take counts.

Tiny, consistent steps each day move us closer to what we’re trying to achieve. And the best part? We don’t need to see the whole path ahead. We only need to notice—and act on—the very first step, and then keep going.

Everyone’s steps will look different, and that’s okay. Take a moment to reflect on one small step you could take today—and then act on it.

Never underestimate the power of small steps. If you wrote just one page a day, by the end of a year, you’d have a whole novel.
