Today, I’m feeling a bit overwhelmed.
The state of the world has been heavy on my heart—so much injustice, and uncertainty. It saddens me. And it reminds me how much conscious effort it takes to choose hope, to trust that everything is unfolding as it should, and to believe that all will be well. 💝

So, in an effort to lift myself out of this dip, I took a couple of small steps:

🌺 I signed a petition to stop the potential introduction of octopus farming in New Zealand. A small action, but one that felt important, for the animals, for the planet, and for me.

🌺 And I asked ChatGPT for 10 good news stories to remind me that there is still kindness, and progress happening in the world.

And you know what? It helped. Technology really can be used for good.

One story in particular lifted my spirits as I’m currently in the UK visiting friends, and reading this filled me with joy 😊 A reminder that positive change is possible.

Beavers Return to UK Rivers After 400 Years!
Beavers have been reintroduced to the River Clun in Shropshire, their first time back in UK rivers in centuries. Their natural dam-building is expected to improve biodiversity and water quality.

There is reason to hope.🙏❤️💫
