To say that I'm proud of my Transform team is an understatement. I greatly respect this crazy bunch, knowing their individual journey and fight to the stage makes me emotional and beaming with pride. Exercise tip of the week: stretching is essential to keep mobility. It's boring so most of us don't spend the time to do enough stretching. I suggest doing it between your sets and specific ones for the muscle you are training. This will keep your strength up and fits perfectly in the gap between sets.

Had a client come in for their follow up this morning and since end of October has lost 10.2kgs on the scales, just over 7% in body fat and 1.5kg gain in muscle. What you can achieve when you have and stick to a plan. So proud if this lady.
