Kia ora koutou, just letting you all know I will be finishing up at ReDefined Wellness Hub on the 10th January 2025. Sadly this will be my last day here.
With the dynamics changing at home, it has opened up a new chapter in my life and I will be moving away from Papamoa.

After my minor heart operation back in Dec 2023, i have worked on my self from the inside out and I am feeling back to my self. So with great news I will be working 4 days a week.

Mon 2:30pm - 7pm
Tue 9am - 1:30pm
Wed 9am - 1:30pm (fortnightly)
Friday 9am - 1:30pm
