I’ve hit my minimum target for Prostate Cancer foundation NZ. Thank you to everyone who donated to my cause, you’ve all be super generous and I’m truly grateful you’ve all helped me reach my goal. Now to go do the easy bit and run Auckland Marathon 😂😂🫣 Thank you, thank you, thank you.

Doc Adrian is running Auckland Marathon and fundraising for Prostate Cancer Foundation in just 2 weeks time.

Help him raise awareness and funds for this great charity who support men’s health.

He’s just $250 short of his target amount and any donations will go a long way to helping get this over the line. (Probably quite literally) think of him suffering while not getting to watch the rugby World Cup final 🤣🤣

Approximately 4000 men are diagnosed yearly with prostate cancer and around 700 die because of it. Get the men around you to get themselves checked today (not by me)

To help raise awareness Dr Adrian is running a campaign (Auckland Marathon) in the office and raising money towards supporting Prostate Cancer Foundation. If you’d like to support feel free to pop some spare change into the charity boxes at the practice or you can donate online. Just ask Adrian how.

At Coastal Wellness we know how important dads role is. Tag a dad who you know needs to get himself some care and we’ll draw on lucky dad on Sat 9th Sept after the Rugby World Cup opener to receive a month of care. Whether they need crisis care or wellness care we’ll have them cover.

A tough 48 hours for our household our boy Remi was clipped by a van and has been the focus of our attention this week to get him the care and attention he needed.

Coastal Wellness first began in 2017 when an Auckland family migrated to the beautiful Bay of Plenty looking for a more balanced life. It was founded by a Chiropractor and Occupational Therapist who favour a comprehensive approach to healthcare, not only in service provision but also in our approach to treating a wide variety of conditions.
