Flat. Tired. Over it all?

You’re not broken — you just need to find your spark again.

Midlife hits differently when you’re trying to hold it all together.

The kids, work, parents, the endless “shoulds” — and somewhere along the way, you feel yourself getting lost. Like the spark you once had has dimmed.

Here’s the truth: you can feel alive again. Strong, inspired, full of hope for what’s next. And I know the path to get you there.

This June, I’m heading to Bali for my signature Retreat “Soul Tide”— breathing in the ocean, recharging energy, letting life feel full and bright again. That’s exactly the feeling I want for you.

They need a pause. How do I know this? Because I need that too sometimes…

For the first time in years, I didn’t set New Year’s resolutions.

I stepped away from the pressure to arrive in January clear, energised, and already “on track.”

Instead, I slowed right down.
No late night.
No pushing.
Just letting myself enter the year quietly — grounded and calm.

If you’ve spent years holding it all together — work, family, expectations — it’s okay to start this year differently.

You don’t need to rush.
You don’t need to prove anything.
You don’t need to have it all figured out.

Let this be a slower beginning.
You have time.

Most women I work with don’t need another goal.

Instead, I slowed right down.
I didn’t stay up late.
I let myself enter this year quietly — grounded, calm, and present.

And it felt right.

If you’re a woman who’s spent years holding it all together — managing work, family, expectations — it’s okay to begin this year differently.

You don’t need to rush.
You don’t need to push.
You don’t need to have it all figured out yet.

Let your plans unfold slowly.
Let your body catch up.
Let yourself breathe.

You have time.
And maybe the most powerful resolution you can make right now
is not to make one 🤍

As the working world starts to wind down, many women are doing the opposite.

Meetings slow. Out-of-office goes on.
And somehow we pick up the pace — organising, planning, holding, making sure everyone else has the Christmas they’ll remember.

It’s a lot.

So this is your quiet reminder:
You don’t always have to be needed.
You don’t have to manage everyone else.
You don’t have to keep pushing through.

I host Retreats for women who are tired of holding it all together and ready to come back to themselves.

Not a holiday.
Not a hustle.
Just space.

Some people see a peaceful moment like this and think it just happens… as if contentment arrives overnight, like a sunrise you simply wake up to.

But the truth is, I had to walk through the fire to get here.

Raising kids, navigating relationships and friendships that shifted or fell away, the overwhelm, the mental load, the seasons of feeling stretched thin and unsure.

Life has a way of tossing us around before it lets us float.

Yoga, self-development, and years of inner work have been the anchors that pulled me back to myself. Tools that steadied me. Practices that softened what felt hard. Lessons that taught me how to breathe again… and eventually, how to feel grateful, grounded, and inspired in this midlife chapter.

And now this is the work of my life — guiding other women back to that same sense of real, lived-in contentment.

Not perfect.

Not untouched by life.

Just present, open, and able to exhale.

If you’re in the thick of it, please know: you’re not behind, you’re not failing, and you’re absolutely not alone.

Your calm is coming. And I’d love to walk alongside you as you arrive there.

Welcome to Moksha Yoga and The Thrive Tribe! We are a group of kiwi yogi’s who understand the importance of taking care of ourselves so that we can live our best lives. As the old saying goes “you can’t pour from an empty cup” and through this membership I will help you fill your tank!

I love to help women find their way back to themselves using the tools of yoga, meditation and good chats. I run regular Retreats and Workshops both in New Zealand and Overseas (when we can travel).

I also offer an online membership called The Thrive Tribe. In this space, you will receive weekly yoga classes, monthly meditations and live coaching calls with me, CJ Telford, yogi, surfer and mumma of 4. I’m not an ex ballerina, or a model. I’m just a normal kiwi chick and I really do understand how busy and pressured your life can be and I’m here to show you a better way to live, using yoga and meditation to be a happier and more content version in all aspects of your life.
