With Christmas fast approaching, we wanted to share how our hours will change over the holiday period 🎄🎁🎅

⭐ Monday 1st Dec- Friday 19th December - NORMAL HOURS
⭐ Monday 22nd Dec - 7am-6pm (PLEASE NOTE: We will be closed between 12pm and 3pm for a staff Christmas lunch)
⭐ Tuesday 23rd Dec - 7am - 6pm
⭐ Wednesday 24th Dec - 7am - 12pm
⭐ Thursday 25th - Sunday 4th Jan - CLOSED
⭐ Monday 5th Jan - Friday 9th Jan - 9am-3pm
⭐ Monday 12th Jan onwards - NORMAL HOURS

We know at this time of year people get busy and plans change fast so if you're not going to make your appointment, please let our team know as soon as you can.

Christmas has arrived in the clinic and Sam's household (I know it's a bit early!) 🎄🤶🦌

Our team are back to full strength this week with normal hours resuming until Christmas Eve 💪

From 12pm on the 24th the clinic will be closed until Monday 5th January giving the team a well deserved break to spend with their families

P.S. how cute is Luna in her Christmas bandana 🥰🐾🐕

Michelle is currently away in Auckland and over the weekend she is partaking in the Auckland marathon so is taking a few days off to recover next week! 🏃‍♀️‍🏅

As such, clinic hours will be as follows:

⭐ Friday 31st Oct 7am-2pm

IMPORTANT CHANGES TO APPOINTMENTS

Due to a recent contract change with ACC and higher operational costs we have unfortunately had to make the decision to adjust our appointment pricing and structure.

This will allow us to continue to provide you with the best care possible.

Starting Monday 25th August, prices will be as follows:
* ACC initial (45mins) - $45
* ACC Follow up (30mins) - $40
* Private Initial (45mins) - $100
* Private Follow up (30mins) - $80

There is also a slight increase in our late cancellation/no show fee to $50. This is to help cover the costs of being unable to fill the appointment slot

We appreciate your understanding and ongoing support with these changes and look forward to continuing to provide the service you expect
