As I notice wrinkles scrunch at the corners of my eyes, my skin begin to crepe and hair become sprinkled in grey I am beginning to TRULY understand how out of control some of my clients have felt as they desperately attempt to prevent, delay and reverse aging in a world that shames, disrespects and wrongs it.
Especially as woman.
But my message for you today is we age, isn’t that the whole point on the JOURNEY of life and regardless of how challenging aging can be is it not in some ways an honour? A privilege so to speak. For many of us do not get to experience life long enough to see the effects of age.

Your beautiful aging bodies and faces are celebrated with me babes!
We have a choice to resist or fear our changing faces and bods or to lean into it with grace.

We have been hit hard by some nasty virus at my house this week so I made this homemade electrolyte drink for me and my big boy to attempt to keep our hydration up.
Now I am no scientist so I don’t ACTUALLY know if this is a recipe to make actual electrolytes but I do know it was yummy and healthy and offered the medicinal benefits of citrus, honey & Himalayan salt.

Give it a crack if your battling sickness or want to boost your hydration (great for that internal skin health too 😘).

I used oranges and lemons from the trees here if you come to visit (once this sickness passes) feel free to take some babes!
