Today we are very excited to welcome Dr Kristina to The Chiro Lounge. Her and her family have moved to the Bay from Pukekohe.
Kristina has over 15 years experince and has a particular passion for tongue and lip tie concerns, as well as airway and orofacial myofunctional work - because addressing these early can make such a profound difference in breathing, feeding, sleep, and overall development. She is a MyoMunchee certified practitioner.
Kristina will also be supporting Dr Christy while she heals from a fractured toe.

Her hours will be Tuesday and Thursday 8.30am-6.00pm.

Welcome to 2026!!
The Chiro Lounge is opening for a few days this week (Mon 5th, Tues 6th and Wed 7th) and some appointment have become available if anyone would like to to pop in for a much need re- alignment.

Summer holidays really test our nervous system (indulging in food and alcohol, camping on air beds and bad pillows, boating/biscuiting/golf/tennis and jarring your body, slouching around reading the best book. Its time for a reset!!

Our local talent, 12-year-old Milan Brown, has been chosen to represent New Zealand at the World of Dance Competition in Los Angeles this August. Along with her SPACE Studios Hip Hop Crew NXTGEN, they'll be competing in the world's biggest dance showdown!
