-22KG in 2 months…. Bruh we ain’t playing! 😤

Came in to tear the game up and it’s exactly what we’re doing. We haven’t played an easy plan or a perfect ex*****on but we also haven’t played any less than our best. When you do? The constant progress is typically just like this, massive changes at a fast rate.
We have put a very solid plan in place to support hunger levels and performance to the highest standard possible while in an aggressive deficit. This is key when wanting to lose weight fast. Most will look for ways they can continue to eat all the foods they love and yeah, you can lose weight eating whatever you want, so it is possible. But if you’re wanting those results at a rapid rate? You’re going to want to structure a plan dominant in foods that leave you feeling fed, that support energy output, and maintain positive hormonal production as long as you can. That is where we start to eat more for purpose than preference. Do this for a short period of time, achieve the results fast enough to maintain motivation and patience. THEN, go back to a plan that is heavy in the food you love to keep what you’ve earned… a much easier plan to maintain with a lot of flexibility. This is what we’re doing here and the man’s killing it so far! 💯✊🏼

The girls constantly working overtime to get the job done! Making massive waves early on in the journey but we ain’t done yet! The steps put in play food wise have been taken up relatively easily and so it’s been a pretty stress free ride and surprising considering how fast our body fat% has come down… The goals just more important for her! End of the line for us brother! A hell of a run with a solid transformation pulled in. But more importantly, a much better mindset around food and fuelling for your best. We ended up in a position where you managed to keep yourself progressing with next to no guidance and that’s exactly where we want to be for the end goal.

Banking a big win -10kg ✅
We have been working the ins and outs of dieting to set a plan in play that fits the lifestyle preferences and priorities. While still having a solid base that is realistic, manageable, and producing consistent results.
We levelled up our knowledge in nutrition big time along the way. To now seeing it easily applied and our overall performance in life and training is solid because of it!

We really pulled through strong Jeannie! A couple tough levels that came with a lot of fun along the way 😅 But a much tougher woman walking the path. So stoked with the win and impressed with how easily you keep more coming! Now to get into bringing some more of that muscle out! 😌💯

I didn’t expect to hit this hard and win this big, this fast! 🤩 But the girls clearly ruthless in pursuit! -9kg in 7 weeks 💯
Only a short time working together (so far), and the jobs not finished, yet it’s easy to see that goal is already won. We’re just waiting for time to pass so we can take it.
No bull Miss, you’re tough asf and I can’t wait to see how we land before walking into Xmas for a massive feed with the bro Santa! Thankyou for the massive effort so far. Let’s get the next step done! 😌✊🏼

Too good! 💯🤝🏻

The level up jumping into this last run has been unreal! Like a total mindshift took place in the space of a day, and from there it was all she wrote! Truly impressed with the commitment and high standards you’ve held for yourself Miss! It’s been an epic wee run these last couple of months and I’m sure we’re going to see that same level up repeat itself in the next two… After we finish up some heavier eating for a couple weeks. That’s us atm, enough time in a deficit needs a short increase in calories to keep the body healthy and performing to a high standard. Taking care of that keeps us in a strong position to repeat the process in losing fat at a fast rate again. Let’s get it done Toni! 🙌🏼

The bro -10kg in 2.5 months ✅

The man’s come in for the quick weight drop initially, juggling plan changes a few times to find his most effective route through food, all while pulling that first 10k off and bringing in a solid visual transformation.
Still currently aiming to improve conditioning over time but with performance and muscle mass being priority and so sitting in a much healthier spot with calories, and a plan structured toward capitalising around our workouts/rowing. Brother, you’re holding the gameplan a lot steadier even in those more demanding weeks now. It’s mint seeing that improvement constantly on the up, and can’t wait to see how we pull up pre Xmas before hitting the festive season Kai with the bro Santa! 💯🤝

Coach’s feedback 👇🏼

Has been on the grind with me close to a year now. We’ve been tackling weight loss primarily (as clearly seen 🤜🏼🤛🏼), but also working to consistently see improvements in muscle development and training performance along the way. The consistency, effort, and resilience of ya girl has been on form since day 1!

We’ve worked in a fair few different nutrition plans along the way. Emphasising and educating the ins and outs of each one. Phases that have included manipulating food to support a very aggressive deficit, changes from that toward performance primarily, reconditioning and even breaks to step back and simply sustain a healthy approach to food while managing what is very much a nonstop life… But ya kinda asked for it being a non stop woman ain’t it 😂💯

Achieving a pretty solid milestone this week with 20kg down, clear improvements in muscle mass, and if you’re following her story? You’ll see the constant level ups in her lifts too!
Start cals 2000 daily. Current cals 2300 daily average with a plan that is 5 days strict + 2 days relaxed (eat as we please👌🏼).

The man’s grinding away in the dark! 💯

It’s been easy work bringing the weight loss with the bro Jeff. The consistency and discipline has been on point since day one, which makes it simple to structure the long term game plan and predict the responses + results. We’re currently in a moderate deficit overall with 2 much larger free meals each night of the weekend. A plan I would say is the most common for success in giving that freedom in the time we most want/need it. Our routine is well set now, so it’s just been testing the waters to see how far/fast we can push it these last few weeks. The biggest change is yet to come. Too good brother!
