62 Hours in and I've just finished gym so the old excuse of no energy and I'll be too hungry is just that, an excuse.
Yes I'm still working while I'm doing it.
Yes I'm still gyming daily.
Yes I slept wonderfully.
Yes my whole body, mind and energy feel better and more aligned with one another.
No there are no cravings left.
No there are enough hunger pains or crumbly stomach after the first 20 or so hours.
Thinking about doing it?
Don't make excuses.
Just start and even if the first time you only make it to 24 you will start which is better than staying still.
