I’ve learnt that the biggest battle can be the one in your own head, and you often have no idea if another person is suffering in silence, even those closest to you 🥹

Not just today EVERYDAY check in with those around you, are they ok? AND don’t forget to check in with YOU too.

Let’s spread so much love and support 🤍 that there’s no more room for judgement.

My wish is that the sigma continues to lift and that one day every one of us realises that it’s ok to ask for support, to reach out, to speak out if we are feeling less than ok.

🦋 Today is National Coaches Day 🦋

Having been a coach myself in many capacities throughout my adult life so far, the absolute best investments of my time, energy and money over the past 10yrs have 100% been in some form of coaching, in order to help with my physical and emotional well-being. I’ve invested in personal coaches, online courses, group and 1-2-1 mentors, seminars, self development books, workshops and classes.

Why the cheeseballs did I invest in a coach, while I was a coach too???
Nope it’s not cus I suck at what I do! Quite the opposite!!! It’s because l’m a work in progress just like you, I’m not a finished chapter or a published book and I value my own growth and learning as much as I do yours.

Wouldn’t you be a tad unsure about taking on a coach or mentor who isn’t committed to their own journey and growth too???
For me if I’m going to be the best version of me for me and for those I coach, I get to work on my mindset, my wellbeing and my health too. I will always continue to be a student of life for life!!!

Don’t wait until you NEED to invest in yourself and your well-being to actually do so.

When you chose to invest in yourself, you are telling the universe that YOU are WORTHY AF and guess what??? The universe actually listens, it sees that you are in constant practice of calling in good vibes and abundance, and so more of that comes rolling in!!!

Invest in YOU in your moving forward to where you want to be! There is never a right time to feel ready, in fact ‘ready’ is a lie!!!

Do the thing, write the email, book the appointment, drink the water, enroll for the class, start the business, send the letter, make the call, take the step, eat the good food, sign up for the program, step into the role, say the words, do it NOW!!!

You will NEVER go broke by investing in YOU 🤍 It’s never too late to start, it’s always too late wait.

You know what I’ve come to realise?
It’s never too late to start a new chapter 🦋 No matter what age, stage or part of your journey you’re in, there’s always room for growth and for new ✨

For over a decade I’ve been a huge believer in working on myself and my own growth, in order to be the best version of me, for both me and for those around me, and in doing so I’ve also worked with, inspired and empowered other women to work on bringing about their own sparkle too ✨

I love that I’ve always been able to continue to do this around my hubby and our babies as they grow, and for two years now also alongside my full time role with LJ 💖 So to add into that mix…

I’ve been approached by a beautiful wellness company to become a founding NZ ambassador. I am so excited to be joining a movement and a community of incredible women, as it gives us the opportunity to be apart of something pretty special and unique, something bigger than ourselves 🔥 While the wellness company is now 70yrs old, they have not yet launched here in NZ! The countdown is on and now is the time to be a pioneer in this space.

The systems created to follow, the online support and training I’ve already been exposed to is all next level. It’s for me and for you too and I’d love to have you with me on this journey 🚀

At school my parents and I were always told... ‘Kerry is a day dreamer, Kerry is a chatterbox’... for years I saw this as a bad thing 🙃

Over the past 10yrs of this incredible journey of self love, I’ve learnt that to daydream is an amazing and powerful tool and expressing yourself is needed to be fully you and truly authentic 🤍

Today I would say to little Kerry Louise…

You are magic, you are so shiny, you are beautiful inside and out! You have so much sparkle and you get to share that with the world every single time that YOU choose to ✨

Kerry Louise you get to sing whenever you want to, so just sing 🎶 You get dance, twirl, jump around, smile, play, laugh and make magic every single day!!! You get to do, say and most of all BE YOU! Keep on dreaming big 🌈🧚🏼‍♀️

Every one of us has an inner child within us, they never left us, they are a huge part of us but they often get forgotten about or squashed as we grow.
