Did you know today is 20yrs since Hannah Montana first aired? 🩷 Well did I tell you about the time I auditioned for the role of Hannah Montana? No Jokes! True Story!
At 21yrs old and living in London, having recently graduated from the London School of Musical Theatre 🎭 my agent Fiona calls me to let me know that I have a casting with an LA production company, to play a teen in a new series they’re casting for 👩🏼🎤
So I rock on up dressed as my best impression of a 14yr old, and the girl in front of me at the casting is legit 12yrs old and literally looks like me, only 9yrs younger 👧🏻
As ridiculous as I felt, I’d already learnt at this point that if you don’t go for it, then the answer will always be NO ✋🏼 So I acted my pants off regardless!
Of course I didn’t get cast in the role, and nor did the little 12yr old mini me in front of me, as our girl was perfectly cast as Miss Montana 💞
My point though is that sometimes you will be faced with doing something that feels pretty stretchy or even impossible, and yet it’s when you face the fear and still go for it anyway, that’s when you learn and grow the most 🌱

Every fall or doubt or fearful moment, they’re all lessons in disguise 🤓 just choose whether or not you’re going to learn and grow from them!!! 🔝
