Most of the people who come in are carrying
something old.
A fall they walked away from. A car accident years
ago. A sports injury that "healed." Sometimes a
surgery that fixed the structural problem but left
the body holding the pressure of the impact.
The pain you feel is often compensation pain —
hidden pressure from an old accident, showing up
where the body has been compensating for it.
This is why treating the pain site so often
doesn't resolve it. The pain site is the messenger.
The message is coming from somewhere else.
The work is to find what's holding, and release it.
