His and her crackers.
I have been sharing a lot recently on tailoring meals to suit individual needs.
Same goes for snacks.
The seed crackers with 🧀, 🥑 and 🍅 were for Karl.
I had that divine clean cream cheese I shared with you the other day, pastrami, ruby kraut and 🥒
Everyone has different tastes, get the foundation right in the case seed crackers then tailor from there. This is why I love a good platter dinner which I must do at some stage this long weekend.
These seed crackers are one of my favourite additions to my hormone supportive protocol they are also a fabulous addition to the fasting lifestyle.
Full of fibre,omega 3 fats, protein, low carb, and filling these are a winning combination.
