Dinner to lunch.
So grateful mum got us a freezer full of delicious home kill. I have missed having homekill it's such a super food.
If you are feeling sluggish and blah as Christmas approaches I highly encourage you to go through my page for food inspo. Eating in this way is easy and it's so energising.
This rump steak was melt in the mouth, marinated overnight in a mix of teriyaki, worchester, sweet chilli and mustard. Quality beef and loads of greens is a winning combination for vitality. I love to eat the fat as this stops me from reaching for sugar, and my body uses it as fuel on my fasts and when I run.
My energy comes from my food. That beef salad was the perfect Sunday lunch.
If you start eating like this today, on December 1st, you will feel fabulous by Christmas 💖💖💖

Yesterday's lunch was random but it worked. Curried eggs, beef sausage, rocket, 🍓
All excellent food for supporting and nourishing hormones and metabolism.
I buy my sausages from our local butcher they are delicious, no crap in them and full of flavour and goodness. I always buy extra so I can have them cold for lunches.
Rocket is one of my favourite oestrogen metabolisers, and strawberries give me vitamin C for progesterone production.
Eggs for extra protein, essential for progesterone production and metabolic health.
Simple, real food, quick and easy.

Simple, quick, delicious.
Your hormones love nutrients. Food like this is full of nutrients, everything from, iron, zinc, B12, to vitamin C and magnesium.
Nourishment is everything, and it doesn't have to be difficult. All the meals I create are quick and easy.

Eating a variety of colours means you get a range of nutrients. I don't love the spring wind but I do love spring food. These seed crackers are my best yet, wafer thin and a rich texture thanks to the ground Brazil nuts and walnuts.

Shut out the noise and listen to what works for you. Women's wellness is often plagued with very forceful advice. I aim to empower my clients by encouraging self awareness. Who else drinks a coffee within the first 2 hours of being up, and trains fasted???? It's not a crime 💖
