His and her crackers.

I have been sharing a lot recently on tailoring meals to suit individual needs.
Same goes for snacks.

The seed crackers with 🧀, 🥑 and 🍅 were for Karl.

I had that divine clean cream cheese I shared with you the other day, pastrami, ruby kraut and 🥒

Everyone has different tastes, get the foundation right in the case seed crackers then tailor from there. This is why I love a good platter dinner which I must do at some stage this long weekend.

These seed crackers are one of my favourite additions to my hormone supportive protocol they are also a fabulous addition to the fasting lifestyle.

Full of fibre,omega 3 fats, protein, low carb, and filling these are a winning combination.

I would say these are my best seed crackers yet! Thin, crispy and delicious with this seasoning. We also love the Mingle garlic and herb blend in our house.

Seed crackers are such a staple in my eating regime.
They are an amazing source of soluble fibre for gut health and hormone balance. The linseeds help to bind to excess oestrogen, package it up, and efficiently move it out of the body.

The pumpkin seeds provide zinc to support progesterone production.
The omega 3s from the flax and chia seeds are anti-inflammatory, making them essential for balanced hormones, glowing skin, and luscious locks. The fibre, fat and protein in these crackers are amazing for blood sugar regulation, which is an essential piece of the hormone/stress puzzle.

Food can be the most powerful medicine when you understand the foundations of wellness.
I always keep a container of seed crackers in the pantry.
They are the perfect filler, a great addition to lunch and platters.

More him and her foods.
Mine is the loaded plate because I eat larger portions than Karl.
Simple highlight of how to tailor meals. We just had this for lunch, Karl likes his usual rocket salad, but I wanted sprouts, feta, pumpkin seeds, blueberries, cucumber, and sauerkraut all of which he doesn't enjoy.
Simple fix start warmth rocket and red onion which we both adore then tailor from there. These chicken tenders are not something I eat often, but I do love them. Free range garlic and herb chicken tenders from Macro organics with Culley's Chipotle mayo 👌
So many women get frustrated because in their minds, they have to eat what the rest of the family eats, never fear, ladies. I have so many simple swaps I can teach you. 💖💖💖💖

I love salads. They are a favourite meal of mine.
Today was a crazy mix, but it worked!
Rocket, hormone, liver, gallbladder support
Mum's coleslaw sans mayo, red cabbage great for oestrogen metabolism
Pumpkin seeds (great addition to help keep parasites at bay)
Cherry tomatoes
Green grapes
Pomegranate seed things so yum
Feta
Roast chicken
Broccoli sprouts, excellent for oestrogen clearance
Prawns, for some iodine for thyroid, breast, and o***y love
Dressed with olive oil and balsamic vinegar to help digestion and absorption of fat soluble vitamins.
So delicious, filling with the addition of the chicken, prawns, and feta.
Some of my catchphrases are food is medicine and eat a rainbow. This is an excellent highlight of that 💖💖

Him and her dinners.
I will always tailor food to meet individual needs. This does not have to be difficult. I am very specific with my carbs and on Friday I didn't feel the need for any but I knew Karl would not be impressed with eating what I had, so I gave him a sourdough roll and salad how he likes it.
I had my sausages in lettuce with rocket, avocado, gherkins, ruby kraut then topped with the best mustard ever! It's important to nourish yourself in a way that feels right for you. It is easy to tailor meals when you have worked with me because I send you away with simple inspiration that fits with life.
