Freya’s on Maternity Leave!

The time has come – I’ve officially started my maternity leave!
While I’ll be stepping back from teaching for a little while, I’m not going far. You’ll still see me popping into the studio, and I’ll continue to be the voice behind our emails, socials, and updates.

Jenna will be stepping in as our studio manager!
She will be in the studio to continue teaching her amazing classes and make sure everything runs smoothly and will be your go-to for any questions, feedback, or support. She’s here to keep our Mahana magic flowing while I take some time for our newest little family member.

Thank you all for your love, support, and good vibes as I step into this new chapter.

SELF CARE MORNING EVENT: Pilates, Mindfulness & Matcha

Wrap up the year with an unforgettable self-care morning that blends movement with mindfulness

We’ll start with a 45min sculpting Pilates class to energise and strengthen the body.

Then, let the stress of the year melt away with a calming meditation and dreamy crystal bowl sound bath to reset the mind.

Followed by a light brunch and matcha’s from Matcha Wednesday.

So, grab your friends and join us for a morning of self-care to reset and recharge before the new year begins.

Studio Update ~

Just a quick update to let you know that we will be having to slightly alter our timetable from July to October as most of our dedicated teachers are away on holidays at various times throughout this period.

We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause, but we believe that it's important for our staff to have time off to rest and come back refreshed, ultimately providing you with the best possible classes!

We will be doing our best to keep up a full schedule of classes with some help from our amazing substitute teachers.

Please keep an eye out on our timetable for any class / teacher changes and we ask that you warmly welcome all our talented substitute teachers that will be helping us out over the next few months, to ensure you can continue to enjoy a wonderful Yoga and Pilates experience during this time!

We look forward to practicing with you on the mat this winter.
