Fingers and toes….🙌🏽👣
The joint of the thumb, low down, in your palm……
can get displaced, become painful or lack freedom of movement and strength. Sometimes it goes unnoticed until after it’s adjusted and freedom of movement etc. returns. It can be out on the palm side or the top of the hand.
Toes……big toes most commonly can be affected the same way and cause pain and discomfort up into the arch of the foot.

Shoulder blades….
Trouble sleeping on your side or back?? Stiffness or immobility??
Most people I’ve seen this past month have a shoulder blade displaced and they didn’t realise it was sore until I started to work on that area. Often there is a shoulder joint displaced too.
