A narcissist doesn't just lie, they create entire stories that never happened, then try to convince you you're the one confused. This behavior is a hallmark of narcissistic manipulation, where the individual uses deception and gaslighting to control the narrative and distort reality.

By creating false stories and convincing others that they are true, narcissists can gain power and influence over those around them. This can be particularly damaging in relationships, where the narcissist's partner may begin to doubt their own perceptions and sanity.

The narcissist's goal is often to make their partner question their own memory, judgment, or even their own identity. By denying reality and insisting that their version of events is the truth, the narcissist can create a sense of confusion and uncertainty.

This can lead to a phenomenon known as gaslighting, where the victim begins to doubt their own perceptions and sanity. Gaslighting can be incredibly damaging, leading to feelings of anxiety, depression, and even trauma.

It's essential to recognize the signs of narcissistic manipulation and gaslighting, including the creation of false stories and the denial of reality. By being aware of these tactics, individuals can take steps to protect themselves and maintain their emotional well-being.

One of the hardest lessons
to learn is this...

Not everyone is meant to wake up

And that’s okay.

We spend so much energy trying to
pull people into our reality , into our truth, into our awakening... but their soul already chose its path. For some , that path is asleep. For others, it’s chaos.
