Understanding the effect of aging
Do you sometimes get up on a morning and just feel stiff all over?
You feel lethargic, and it’s making you feel really old.
You know you need to get fit and healthy, but something always comes up, but hey, you say to yourself, I will wait till tomorrow and put some time aside to focus on me for once.
Tomorrow comes around and it gets pushed back to the pile of other things you need to do.
You always seem to be last on the list of things. What with kids and grandkids doing something for yourself, when is that going to happen.
Unfortunately as we age it is about making our health and fitness a priority and putting ourselves first.
It needs to be a priority, because if you don’t do this you are going to wake up one day with more stiffness, less mobility and reduced quality of life because you didn’t do anything too sooner.
The amount of clients I have worked with that just felt that it seemed to be one day everything just got harder, to be able to get off the floor or couch, hang out the washing make it round the supermarket, get the shopping out of the car and enjoy time playing with grandkids and joining in

I know it can be really overwhelming because you just don’t know where to start.
The first thing is start to put aside some time for yourself everyday to focus on you whether this is making an effort to eat a bit healthier or plan your meals properly or go for a walk to the beach or park
