I just want to let you know how pleased I am with my new weight, 10kg lighter and loving it! Just in time for summer :-)
I can’t speak highly enough of the Miraculous Programme.

My coach Trish was amazing throughout the whole process. She kept me motivated and on track with lots of phone catch ups where she shared many delicious recipes and lots of practical tips and advice. She’s got a great sense of humour too :-)

My dry skin and eczema have gone. I truly believe that it was being caused by all the preservatives in the processed foods that I was eating. Who would have thought?
It's only real fresh food for me from now on.

I've recently lost 20 kilos with Miraculoss and I'm amazed by how it's changed my life in more ways than I expected. Apart from the usual health benefits, here are 2 of the additional bonuses I hadn't considered.

I've just returned from an overseas holiday and I loved sitting on the plane and not filling the seat, and being comfortable in my seat for the first time in ages.

And I'm super excited that I can now ride horses again. Over the Christmas break a friend is going to let me ride one of her horses...another fantastic benefit :-)

Sunday Savings $$$ - Saving your health!

When we think about savings, we usually think in terms of cash in hand. But with health we need to think of the long game.

Call into your local supermarket and buy a cooked chicken and salad. Or some fresh fish and salad. It only takes a few minutes to break up a chicken or pan fry or steam some fish, and dinner can be on your plate in less time than it takes to order a takeaway!

And it will cost you far less too! What's more, there may even be some leftovers for lunch the next day!
