"I've lost 13.75 kilos since starting Miraculoss - which on me is about 3 dress sizes!
I've had an absolutely positive experience and all credit goes to my amazing coach. Without her support, advice and incredible knowledge I don't think I would have had the same success!

I am 58 years old. In the past I've tried different diets and exercise to no avail. I wasn't able to maintain a healthy weight for my size, or even lose the weight I needed to. I would lose a little, then plateau and start gaining until I was back where I'd started - or heavier! Nothing seemed to work and I was frustated and disheartened to the point of almost giving up. But my health concerns motivated me to keep looking for a solution.

Want to avoid sugar, and enjoy yummy immune boosting treats?

Dehydrated orange slices are so easy to make and taste absolutely sensational!

With a strong citrusy flavour they're a tasty and highly nutritious snack - great with a cup of tea if you enjoy a sweet treat!

The rind (which is edible) is full of bioflavonoids and phytonutrients, and packed with rich plant compounds called polyphenols which help prevent many chronic conditions such as type 2 diabetes, obesity and Alzheimer's disease.

Citrus rind is also full of vitamin C and contains fibre, thiamine, folate, vitamin B6 and calcium.

There are a number of benefits to dehydrating fruits and some of these include increasing shelf life, retaining nutrients - and their intense flavour which is very satisfying!

METHOD:
1. Wash and dry your choice of citrus fruits
2. Cut each fruit into very thin even slices (I also cut large orange slices in half)
3. Arrange in a dehydrator (or on cake racks or baking paper lined trays if using the oven).
4. Set dehydrator to a medium heat for 12-36 hours (until the slices are nice and crisp). Or set oven to 40°C for 24-48 hours.
5. Store in an airtight container

A little goes a long way - 1 orange can yeild 16 pieces!

ā€œEating this ultraprocessed food may be good for you and the planet,ā€ says CNN.
Right. And drinking Diet Coke is hydration.

Let me explain what’s actually happening when you ingest these products:

A Beyond Burger contains ~20+ engineered ingredients: pea/soy protein isolates (often extracted with solvents like hexane), methylcellulose (the same thickener used in wallpaper paste that your body can’t digest), ā€œnatural flavorsā€ (a catch-all for lab-created compounds companies don’t have to disclose), cultured dextrose (a fermentation product that can include MSG-like compounds), and modified starches (chemically altered fillers).

Impossible adds soy leghemoglobin, a GMO yeast–derived ā€œbleedingā€ agent that wasn’t in the human food supply before 2019.

When these hit your system, your body responds like it does to any ultra-processed food: inflammatory cascades, blood-sugar dysregulation, and gut-microbiome disruption. Your metabolism doesn’t magically treat a plant patty differently because the label says ā€œplant-based.ā€

Quick label check: If it needs a lab to make it, a paragraph-long ingredient list to explain it, or words like isolates, modified starches, gums, or ā€œnatural flavors,ā€ it’s ultra-processed. Real food reads like a recipe, not a chemistry set.

Don’t believe every headline. These are still ultra-processed foods… they hit your metabolism like a Cheeto with better PR.

If you’re plant-based, stick to actual plants: vegetables, legumes, nuts, seeds, olive oil, herbs, and minimally processed staples. If you eat meat, choose regeneratively raised options.

Your body has evolutionary wisdom about real food. Trust it over marketing headlines.

⚔Hack number 7 - Move After Meals: A short walk or 10 mins of light movement helps shuttle glucose into muscles, lowering your spike.

This can be as simple as doing some housework after dinner or spending 10 minutes exercising your calf muscles by raising and lowering your heels off the floor. This is a great option for those who can’t exercise (or when you are at work) as it can be done seated.

šŸ„” Hack number 8 - Dress Your Carbs: When you do decide to include carbs - and let's face it, it will happen - be sure to add protein, healthy fats, or fiber (butter on potatoes or bread, cream/yoghurt with fruit, cheese with grapes) to slow digestion and glucose absorption

🧘 Hack number 9 - Skip calorie-counting: Instead, focus on glucose-friendly habits—the quality and sequence of what you eat matters more than calories alone.

I just wanted to show my results of 6 weeks of Weight Loss šŸ™‚

6 weeks. 13.3kg gone.
That’s over 26 blocks of butter melted away!

Some of the changes I’ve noticed:
• Night sweats? Gone.
• Breathing easier
• Lower resting heart rate
• Better sleep
• Aches have eased
• Clearer mind
• And yep… a smaller body too

Honestly, I still can’t believe it.

When I look at the photo on the left, I see someone who was tired, uncomfortable, and just not feeling like me.

Now?

I feel lighter, stronger, and so proud of how far I’ve come — not just physically, but mentally too.
And now… it’s time for Stage 5 - Learning what make my body perform to it's best!

It’s not just about what I’ve lost — It’s about everything I’ve gained:
Confidence
Energy
Belief in myself again

So grateful to have my coach Trish by my side on this journey. šŸ™‚
